The 60th anniversary is the diamond anniversary, so the shape almost determined itself. This art was used on coffee cups and embroidered on shirts.

I designed this piece to look like a photo album, drawing from the organization's archive of pictures, scanning them in, and making them look like photographs pasted into a photo album.

The site was alive with animation. Exit pages are rarely seen on today’s internet, but in 1997, this exit page featured a skydiver that floated downscreen while geese flew across the header.

One of the owners suggested banner ads that weren’t actually ads, they were called “squawks,” a colloquial aviation term for an aircraft’s self-identifying radio burst. The content of these “squawks” included jokes and facts.

The various laptops, monitor, sound boards, and video switchers we used to manage the the multimedia presentation.
The various onscreen graphical elements flashed and slid into place to build the title screen, then retreated offscreen. No audio was required for this program as it was shown on large projection screens in a noisy conference hall.

The title screen included animated background sparks generated by ActionScript 2.0.
As the voiceover describes the benefits of the program, onscreen graphics highlight important points in the narration.
Program information is organized into several modules, and the user's progress through the presentation is tracked via onscreen grpahics.
